We invite you to take part in the 19-th international exhibition fair of equipment, technologies, materials and production of logging industry, wood processing industry and wooden house construction industry "FORESTRY MANAGEMENT AND WOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRY OF SIBERIA. WOODEN HOUSE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY", which will be held in the Irkutsk exhibition complex OAO "Sibexpocentre" on September 4—7, 2012.

By the world standards, the Irkutsk Region has enormous reserves of forest resources. The forest lands cover 64.3 million hectares (83% of the region territory). About 12% of timber stocks of country's mature forests are concentrated here. Annual allowable cutting rate is 56 million sq.m. of commercial timber, 20 million sq.m. (30% of possible) of which is used. The industry provides 60.6% of Russia's pulp production and 100% of the Siberian Federal District, 88% of plywood, 50% of industrial wood and cardboard.

Irkutsk region need additional facility on wood processing, adoption of new technologies and mobilization of investment in forestry. Cooperation between enterprises in Baikal region see a great perspective in cooperation with Chinese companies — suppliers of specialized equipment for production and wood processing. Chinese production has optimum cost, moreover, does not require large expenses for transportation.

Advanced topics of the exhibition will provide a unique opportunity for forest industry companies, engineering and construction companies, consumers of wood processing products to exchange experiences, to collaborate, to demonstrate their achievements and gain opportunities for modernization of the industry.
